Job Summary

A Turndown Attendant at Ko'a Kea Hotel & Resort is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites. The hourly rate for this opportunity is $29.20 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of assigned rooms and suites daily, including trash removal, bottled water delivery, replenishment of amenities, turning down bed linen, and light cleaning.
  • Respond to individual guest needs as they occur and maintain warm, hospitable relations with guests.
  • Ensure all established policies and procedures are followed to keep quality consistent throughout the property.
  • Report missing items and repair needs to the supervisor, and maintain work equipment.
  • Protect guest safety and well‑being while remaining courteous to all guests and coworkers.
  • Complete projects and assignments with professional care, adapt to high‑pressure conditions, and embrace change.
  • Take responsibility for personal growth and development, setting high standards for conduct and appearance.
Qualifications
  • Ability to lift and pull a minimum of 20 pounds, perform climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
  • Good English language communication skills for interacting with guests, associates, and vendors.
  • Team‑player attitude and readiness to work collaboratively.
  • High school education required; relevant training or experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of all hotel departments and events preferred.
  • Strong mathematical and computer skills.
  • CPR and first aid training preferred.
  • Additional language ability preferred.
