Job summary

Manay CPA is seeking a Senior Associate to perform core accounting tasks, including journal entries, GL reconciliations, and financial statement preparation for multi-entity operations. The role supports tax filings, audits, and currency translation under IFRS and Turkish GAAP, with remote work flexibility from the continental U.S.

reporting to the Marietta, GA headquarters. The candidate will bring Turkish language fluency and a solid foundation in U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or foreign equivalent).
• Two years of related accounting experience.
• Fluency in Turkish required.
• Experience with U.S., Turkish GAAP, and IFRS standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance explanations.
• Prepare documentation for federal, state, and local tax filings and organize data for compliance.
• Assist with audit activities by preparing workpapers, schedules, and explanations.
• Complete intercompany transaction support schedules and reconciliations for multi-entity operations.
• Support currency translation and consolidated reporting related to IFRS and Turkish GAAP for US GAAP reconciliation.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and perform account analysis and variance explanations. Prepare documentation for federal, state, and local tax filings, including gathering, organizing, and analyzing financial data required for tax compliance. Assist with audit activities by preparing documentation, workpapers, and supporting schedules, and explanations for internal and external audits. Complete accounting tasks related to multi-entity operations, including preparation of intercompany transaction support schedules and reconciliations. Support financial reporting processes involving international operations by preparing schedules related to currency translation and consolidated reporting, including reviewing financial data prepared under Turkish GAAP and IFRS, supporting reconciliation to U.S. GAAP reporting requirements.
