Welo Data is hiring Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This 100% onsite, full-time role focuses on building high-quality datasets from audio and language data, requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and consistency.

The position covers evaluation, auditing, and documentation tasks, with an emphasis on following guidelines and delivering reliable feedback. Onsite work hubs include Bay Area, Seattle, NYC, or client locations.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Turkish.
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or related content work; or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort with structured, process-driven environments.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain steady output.
• Willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed.
• Basic familiarity with AI, speech tech, or language data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior.
• Identify patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag gaps with real-world context.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team calibrations and stakeholder syncs.
• Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine standards.
• Document findings clearly and concisely.
