Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI projects on-site across major U.S. cities. You will handle audio and language data, building high-quality datasets that power real-world AI systems, with a 40-hour workweek and full-time W2 employment.

This role emphasizes judgment, consistency, and precision in repetitive tasks, requiring you to follow guidelines carefully and communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Turkish language fluency at native level.
• Strong written communication skills and language fundamentals.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments.
• Willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed.
• Basic familiarity with AI, speech technology, or language data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior, identifying patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag discrepancies when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team calibrations and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
