Job summary

Welo Data seeks Turkish-speaking Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems onsite in major U.S. cities.

You will evaluate model outputs, perform data audits, and help ensure high-quality, well-structured labeled inputs for training. This 40-hour-per-week full-time role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written communication, and the ability to follow guidelines in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Native Turkish fluency
• Strong written communication skills
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work; or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain steady output
• Willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed
• Basic familiarity with AI, speech technology, or language data is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior — identifying patterns, edge cases, and failure modes
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully — and flag when they don't reflect real-world scenarios
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way
