Job summary

Welocalize, Inc. is seeking a Turkish-speaking Data Labeling Analyst to support speech and voice AI projects. This 100% onsite role requires relocation to or commuting to NYC, Seattle, Bay Area, or other client locations, with a 40-hour work week at $28/hour under a W2 employment arrangement.

You will evaluate model outputs, perform structured feedback, audit data, and help refine evaluation frameworks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines are essential.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Turkish
• Strong written communication and language fundamentals
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or related field OR a Bachelor's degree/equivalent
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and apply guidelines consistently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
• Comfort working in structured, process-driven environments
• Time management and steady output
• Willingness to ask questions and escalate when needed
• Familiarity with AI or language data is a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured feedback
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns, edge cases, and failure modes
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag gaps with real-world scenarios
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution
• Identify trends in model performance and share insights clearly
• Participate in team calibrations and stakeholder syncs
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards
• Document findings clearly and concisely
