Cooper Farms is seeking a 1st shift Turkey Mover to join our Fort Recovery team in Ohio. This entry-level role focuses on loading and delivering turkeys with care and adherence to biosecurity and SOPs.

Starting hourly rate is $17.30, with potential to rise to $17.55 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods.

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Turkey Mover to join our team in Fort Recovery.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.30 with the potential of increasing to $17.55 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

• Loading & delivering turkeys in a cautious manner.
• Following all biosecurity practices & SOPs as they relate to the position.
• Completing all required paperwork neatly and completely.
