Job summary

Willmar Poultry Farms, an Affiliate of Life-Science Innovations, is seeking a full-time Brood Farm Manager in Willmar, MN to oversee day-to-day turkey farm operations. Responsibilities include flock health, barn ventilation and maintenance, equipment checks, feed orders, and ensuring safe, efficient production flow while leading and developing a small farm team. Starting wage is $21.54 to $26.92 per hour, with benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minnesota drivers license required.
• Experience on a brooder farm site preferred.
• Experience leading and managing employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day turkey farm operations and flock health.
• Manage barn ventilation, maintenance, and environmental controls.
• Monitor mortality, weights, water usage, and feed supply; report to Serviceman.
• Lead and develop a high performing on-site team.
• Ensure safe, clean working environment and regulatory compliance.
