Job summary

Farbest Farms is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager for our Loogootee, IN Brooder Hub. The role involves daily farm tasks, barn setup for brooding turkey poults, caring for birds, and maintaining equipment.

Day shift, Monday–Friday with weekend rotations, and a requirement to communicate with Spanish-speaking employees. A valid driver’s license is required, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are essential for regular interaction with staff.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish for regular interaction with Spanish-speaking employees.

Responsibilities

• Duties include barn set up for brooding baby turkeys.
• Placing, caring for, and moving turkey poults; barn and equipment cleanup.
• Bird health programs and other manual farm tasks.
