The Turfgrass Management Intern, under direct supervision, supports Hospitality with day-to-day Golf, Ground, and Maintenance operations. This development role builds skills for a career in Turfgrass Management and/or Golf, focusing on learning operational elements, business operations, golf industry careers, and golf and business etiquette.

The role performs duties related to course setup, agronomic program execution, and other tasks that impact conditioning of the golf courses, working under

Competenze

• 0-2 years experience in Hospitality Operations or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED and/or commensurate experience.
• Valid driver's license and driving record meeting company standards.
• Availability to work variable schedule including weekends and some holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist day-to-day operations of hospitality departments.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and daily priorities with management.
• Operate golf course or ground maintenance equipment (mowers, tractors, trimmers, etc.).
• Gain knowledge in fertilization, aeration, topdressing, pesticide application per regulations.
