Pape' Machinery, Inc. – Agriculture & Turf Division in Four Lakes, WA is seeking a Turf Territory Manager in a lucrative sales role focused on turf equipment, utility tractors, and consumer product equipment.

You’ll build strong relationships with customers at the local branch and leverage your knowledge to meet their equipment needs, driving your career forward. Ideal candidates have sales experience, a financing background, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience and knowledge of machinery and consumer product equipment preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment and heavy-duty pickup/trailer combination preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As our Turf Territory Manager, you will be in a lucrative sales career where your earning potential and success are unlimited! Your primary focus will be on selling turf equipment, utility tractors, and consumer product equipment. Picture yourself creating great relationships with customers at our local Pape' branch, learning about their needs for equipment, using your knowledge and resources to fill those needs, and watching your career flourish.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Compensation: Salary + Commission
