Job summary

Macro-Sorb Technologies is seeking a driven Sales Representative to cover the Central and Western US turf and ornamental markets. You will develop professional agronomic sales to distributors and direct customers, expand market share, and build lasting customer relationships.

The role requires turf management education or equivalent experience, two years of sales experience preferred, and willingness to travel as needed to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Turf Management degree or similar educational background.
• Sales experience – 2 years preferred.
• Track record of over-achieving sales performance.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Expand territory market share of Macro-Sorb/SMS/AGNTURF products.
• Evaluate customer needs and provide sales and service solutions.
• Generate sales and new business leads throughout the territory.
• Forecast sales, develop sales strategies, and evaluate effectiveness throughout the year.
• Create and meet personal career development and sales growth targets.
