Job summary

Lawn Doctor of Batavia-Aurora is hiring lawn care technicians to service lawns and landscape beds on assigned routes. You will apply fertilizers, weed and pest controls, rehab lawns, and treat ornamentals while maintaining safety and quality together with a supportive team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawns and landscape beds.
• Rehab lawns and treat ornamentals around customers' homes.
• Work on your own route and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate ride‑on equipment and spray rigs with PPE provided.
• Maintain safety and productivity on site, Monday–Friday with optional Saturdays.

The Job

• Applying fertilizer, weed control, and pest control products to lawn and landscape beds
• Rehabbing lawns
• Applying fertilizer and pest control products to ornamental trees and shrubs around customers’ homes
• We help you to be as productive, safe, and as easy as possible with ride‑on equipment, spray rigs with powered hose reels and all PPE provided
• Working outside most days, independently, on your own route
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Monday through Friday schedule and optional Saturdays
• Training provided throughout the season
