You will prepare returns, offer tax advice, and help customers navigate complex situations while building local relationships in your community. As a trusted ambassador, you’ll drive client growth, collaborate with tax professionals, and participate in local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN holder as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
