Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers and providing full-service tax return preparation and advice.

You will grow the local client base, build trust, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience using TurboTax tools, with marketing support and community engagement to expand your practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: represent TurboTax locally, engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert prospects into long‑term clients.
• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice, complete preparation services, and tax reviews.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional service and build long-term client relationships.
