Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building relationships and growing the local client base.

The role emphasizes community engagement, exceptional customer service, and a front-facing retail presence, with eligibility for strong company benefits and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• Great familiarity with tax laws and circular 230 knowledge
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and TurboTax tools
• Build local client relationships and grow the TurboTax client base through community engagement
• Represent TurboTax professionally in a front-facing retail environment
