Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate their tax needs and grow TurboTax’s presence in the local community.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, engaging with clients in-person and in a friendly, accessible manner while building long-term relationships and contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for TurboTax customers.
• Discover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan taxes with clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help grow local client base.
