Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. The role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate tax needs.

You will work on-site, providing full tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support to in-person customers. You’ll grow the local client base and build long-term relationships with the community while leveraging TurboTax marketing and tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience using professional software.
• Comfortable working onsite in a retail environment, Sunday through Saturday, for 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and community presence.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain client relationships.
