Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations in the United States. You’ll work with a team of financial specialists to deliver end-to-end services, from personal tax returns to business scenarios, while expanding local client presence and leveraging Intuit resources.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and development; may include marketing/advertising procedures.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may have name usage for advertising.
• Interested in building local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and engage with outreach activities.
• Bridge clients to the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Develop relationships to convert one-time clients into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both on-site and via TurboTax tools and portals.
