Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to join onsite teams nationwide in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person and virtual clients, working from a TurboTax location.

You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll and advisory services, and deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience in a client‑centered, community‑minded role.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite with hours 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online TurboTax presence and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Champion the Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships to turn transactions into long-term clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience via in-person and video interactions.
