Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a U.S. TurboTax location. You will provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and support clients through complex financial scenarios in a collaborative, on-site setting.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and coordinate with a network of specialists offering bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to ensure a seamless client experience year-round.

Qualifications

• EA or CPA with tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, up to 20 hours/week.
