Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and collaborate with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end service.

Ideal candidates have strong tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attorney) and at least 3 years preparing 1040s with professional software. Hours are onsite, typically 20+ per week, with opportunities for growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a local community ambassador, identifying and pursuing prospects and organizing local events.
• Connect clients to Intelli­t ecosystem services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
