Formación

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours weekly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador, developing the client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Assist clients in achieving financial goals through personalized tax planning.
