Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International (MCO-I) is seeking a Shop Services Project Manager to lead storage, inspections, and repairs from inquiry through closure. You will coordinate quotations, production work scopes, material ordering, and subcontracting for OEM and OOEM equipment, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and scoped delivery while communicating with customers and internal teams.

Competenze

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in turbomachinery repair and storage techniques and processes, and experience in a repair shop environment.
• Experience in managing a multi-disciplined team: Engineering, Quality, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience in customer relations and sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication; proficient with multiple databases.
• Familiarity with mechanical work planning and scheduling software.
• Willingness to learn and to teach others.
