Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas seeks a Program Manager to lead Service Parts Repair and Exchange, coordinating cross-functional teams across OSC, SMW, and engineering. You will develop budgets and schedules for repair work, track performance, and ensure repairs meet specifications within budget.

Travel to customer sites may be required to support outages and delivery commitments. The role requires deep knowledge of gas and steam turbine parts, robust project management skills, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with gas and steam turbine part types, applications, repair, and manufacture.
• PMP certification is preferable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Gas Turbine Service– Service Operations and Sales organizations in discussions with OSC and SMW on frames technical issues with commercial impact.
• Maintain expert knowledge of engine frame configurations for MPW-A fleet; define technical instructions for repair/modification services.
• Understand commercial impact to integrate frame component modifications prescribed by GTSE for individual engines or fleets.
• Communicate frame responsibilities to LTSA Programs frame specialists.
• Coordinate resolution of engine frame component repair discussions with OSC and SMW shop.
• Ensure repair of engine frame components returns components to original geometry and integrity.
