Job summary

Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Compressor International Corporation (MCO-I) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead New Units Business (NUB) projects, including centrifugal compressors, steam turbines, and auxiliary systems. The PM will oversee from handover through manufacturing, packaging, delivery, commissioning support, and warranty transition, interfacing with customers and MCO Japan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering/PM/business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of PM/project execution in engineered equipment/manufacturing/oil & gas.
• Experience leading cross functional teams incl. Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Finance/Cost Control, Commercial.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, milestones, and customer deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from handover through manufacturing, packaging, shipment, commissioning support, and warranty transition.
• Serve as primary customer interface and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including Engineering, Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, Commercial.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Manage project financial performance: revenue, cost, margin, cash flow, invoicing.
