Compensation for this position ranges from $180,000 to $220,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience scaling production processes for aerospace manufacturing.
• Direct ownership of assembly and test operations.
• Hands-on involvement in test failures and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end assembly, integration, and test flow for turbojet engines.
• Plan, schedule, and manage production tasks and projects.
• Lead daily production planning, sequencing, and recovery actions.
