Woodward is seeking an Operations Specialist I for Turbo Systems Machining on 1st shift (M-F) in Fort Collins, CO. The role focuses on executing technical processes, maintaining SOPs, and driving continuous improvement in a highly disciplined manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have experience with CNC machining, GD&T, blueprint interpretation, and a solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of complex manufacturing processes (CNC machining, precision assembly, or test equipment).
• Knowledge of AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality standards and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute Technical Processes: Implements and maintains procedures for efficient daily operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyzes production data and updates SOPs to ensure workflow.
• Quality: Timely disposition and problem solving for production issues with corrective actions.
