You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, perform 1st piece inspections, and support continuous improvement while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The role emphasizes lean practices, detailed documentation, and collaboration with the manufacturing team to meet production goals and deliver high-quality components on schedule.

Qualifications

• Performs basic set up and operates multiple CNC or manual machines to produce precision metal parts.
• Interprets engineering blueprints and GD&T, follows detailed work instructions for accuracy.
• Uses gages to inspect finished parts and records data per SOP.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC or manual machines (Lathes, Mills, Swiss, grinders) to spec.
• Perform 1st piece inspections and assist in lean improvements like 5S.
• Maintain production efficiency, quality control, and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with team and supervisors to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
