Job summary

TXU Energy seeks an experienced scheduling professional to develop and maintain multi-discipline project schedules for turbine generator outages in Delaware. This role focuses on efficient scheduling of resources, ensuring compliance with fleet requirements, and minimizing downtime during plant operations.

The successful candidate will preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and has 5-10 years of power plant scheduling expertise. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with scheduling tools such as P6 and Microsoft Project are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of power plant scheduling experience is highly recommended.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for collaboration.
• Travel is required to support fleet outages, meetings, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules for turbine generator outages.
• Interface with vendors to collect necessary information for schedule development.
• Assist in updating Project Health Reports for review meetings.
