Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a Turbine Operator to safely and efficiently operate electrical turbines, monitor performance with control systems, and perform routine maintenance across assigned sites, with travel to customer locations as needed.

You will troubleshoot faults, follow safety protocols, document maintenance activities, and respond to emergencies, contributing to reliable energy operations and supporting a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of gas turbine controls/instrumentation/electrical experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

Aufgaben

• Efficiently operate electrical turbines, ensuring they run within specified parameters.
• Monitor turbine performance through control systems, gauges, and other instrumentation.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical and mechanical components to detect wear, damage, or malfunction.
• Identify and address any issues or irregularities in the turbine’s operation.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbines, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults and malfunctions using diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of turbine performance, maintenance activities, and incidents.
• Prepare detailed reports for management and recommend improvements.
• React promptly to emergencies, including turbine shutdowns or system failures.
• Perform emergency repairs and restore turbine functionality quickly.
• Ensure tools and equipment are well-maintained and in good working condition.
