Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Turbine Operator to safely and efficiently operate electrical turbines, monitor performance, and perform preventative and corrective maintenance. The role may require travel to customer locations to ensure optimal turbine reliability and system integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of gas turbine controls/instrumentation/electrical experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.

Responsibilities

• Operate electrical turbines, ensuring they run within specified parameters.
• Monitor turbine performance through control systems, gauges, and instrumentation.
• Perform routine inspections of electrical and mechanical components for wear, damage, or malfunction.
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on turbines (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic).
• Troubleshoot and repair faults and malfunctions using diagnostic tools and safety protocols.
• Adhere to safety regulations and conduct emergency response drills as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of turbine performance and maintenance activities.
• Prepare detailed reports highlighting operational issues and improvements.
