Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. is seeking a Lead Turbine Specialist to serve as the on-shift technical authority for turbine operations. You will direct a crew, ensure safety and quality, and act as the primary escalation point for complex field issues while interfacing with customers on-site.

You will bring senior-level expertise in turbine systems, guide junior technicians, and influence maintenance planning, always upholding safety and regulatory standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of gas turbine controls/instrumentation/electrical experience.
• Experience as a Senior Turbine Specialist or equivalent preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift lead for turbine operations and crew coordination.
• Provide real-time direction, guidance, and technical support.
• Lead troubleshooting of turbine systems using advanced diagnostic tools.
