Job summary

Solaris Energy Infrastructure, Inc. seeks a Turbine Specialist to safely operate electrical turbines, optimize performance, and maintain system integrity across customer sites as needed. You will troubleshoot, train new hires, and enforce safety protocols while supporting upgrades to improve efficiency.

The role requires 1–2+ years of gas turbine controls/instrumentation/electrical experience and a commitment to high safety standards within our energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2+ years of gas turbine controls/instrumentation/electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs of turbines to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational turbine issues and implement solutions.
• Assist in installation of new turbines and related equipment.
• Monitor turbine performance using diagnostic tools and software to identify inefficiencies.
