• Manufacturing processes for turbine engine components using NC milling machines, lathes and grinders with up to 5 axis control.
• Write equipment specifications, lead ordering, machine run-offs, installation, and final acceptance; liaise with equipment manufacturers.
• Provide technical leadership and training plans for production technical resources; set goals for shop floor support and improvement projects.
• Develop and execute moderate-impact project plans involving multiple support functions; communicate targets across the business.
• Aid in troubleshooting machining processes or machine-related issues using root cause analysis.
