Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4 years manufacturing experience
• Minimum 3 years manufacturing experience
• Experience with NC machining and shop floor processes
• Ability to provide guidance and leadership to manufacturing resources

Responsibilities

• Manufacture processes for turbine engine components using NC milling, lathes, and grinders
• Define and control production processes including tooling and equipment
• Support Second Shift and troubleshoot machining issues using root cause analysis
• Lead and develop production technical resources and drive shop floor improvements
