Job summary

MD&A is seeking a hands-on Turbine Engineer to design and optimize turbine components and systems, performing performance analyses and supporting installation and commissioning.

The role requires 3+ years in turbine engineering, strong CAD/Simulation skills (SolidWorks, ANSYS), and solid thermodynamics/fluids knowledge, with travel to project sites as needed. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to safety and industry compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 3+ years of turbine engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD and simulation software (SolidWorks, ANSYS).
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsible for developing and implementing engineering solutions for turbine generator related challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the installation and commissioning of turbine systems. expected to conduct root cause analysis of failures, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Will contribute directly to the reliability and efficiency of energy generation systems, making a significant impact on operational performance.
