Job summary

Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Program Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of turbine generator control system projects. You will coordinate with customers, engineering, field services, suppliers, and global partners to ensure compliant, timely outcomes.

You will help coordinate customer training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to control systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple turbine generator control system projects.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and cybersecurity considerations.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, field services, suppliers and global partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple turbine generator controls projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk tracking across assigned projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Field Services, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Quality.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer coordination.
• Facilitate project meetings, technical reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
