ProcessBarron seeks a Steam Turbine Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of turbine repair, retrofit, and installation projects for industrial and power-generation customers. You will coordinate engineering, field services, fabrication, procurement, and subcontractors while ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years with industrial or utility steam turbines, including maintenance, overhaul, upgrade, or project management.
• Field experience with turbine inspections, alignments, disassembly/assembly, vibration analysis, or outage management strongly preferred.
• Experience managing multi disciplinary teams and subcontractors

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end management of steam turbine projects from kickoff through final commissioning.
• Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams including engineering, field service, machining, fabrication, and logistics to ensure on-time project execution.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Review turbine inspection reports, engineering drawings, repair scopes, and quality documentation.
