Job summary

The Boring Company in Nashville, TN is seeking a hands-on Electrical Supervisor to lead commercial and industrial electrical installations, facility buildouts, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades. This role will supervise electrical crews, coordinate contractors, and manage project materials.

You will work in the field, plan schedules, ensure safety and adherence to electrical codes, read schematics, and deliver projects on time.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 5 years' experience as a journeyman electrician.

Responsibilities

Supervise and schedule electrical crews and projects.
Perform hands-on commercial and industrial electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades.
Plan and execute infrastructure improvements such as electrical upgrades or expansions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical problems.
Select materials and hardware for any electrical tasks to be performed.
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on systems, tools, and equipment as needed.
Support the IT team as needed by running conduit, fiber, etc.
Complete as-builts after work is completed
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable electrical codes and standards.
Coordinate and serve as the primary point of contact for outside electrical contractors.
