Job summary

CMI Group is seeking a motivated Tumbler Operator / Parts Cleaner in Tempe, AZ to join our Aerospace & Defense manufacturing team. This entry-level role offers paid training and opportunities to advance in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include day ($17/hr) and night ($20.40/hr with 20% differential). Candidates must be able to stand, lift up to 30 lbs, and work safely with hearing protection. US citizenship or permanent residency is required due to ITAR.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, lift, reach, grasp, bend, stoop, squat and/or walk the majority of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds unassisted
• Exposure to consistent moderate to loud noise levels and requires the use of hearing protection
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to follow instructions & willingness to learn
• Due to ITAR requirements, must be US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Shift Options:

Full time - Day shift ($17 per hour)

Full time - Night shift position ($20.40 per hour, includes 20% night shift differential pay)

Mass Finish Operator (tumbler operator, parts washer, deburr)

• No experience required

Requirements:
