Job summary

NOV is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex cross-functional NPI programs from concept through commercial release. You will drive PLM and stage-gate milestones, ensuring deliverables, executive reviews, and timely decisions across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.

The role requires 5+ years in related programs, strong communications, and a proven ability to influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, PM, Operations or related field required.
5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in product development or NPD.
Experience leading products through PLM or stage-gate processes from concept to production.
Strong manufacturing, industrial equipment, oil and gas, or artificial lift exposure preferred.
Experience managing portfolios of concurrent programs balancing schedule, cost, resources and priorities.
ESP systems knowledge strongly preferred.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of complex cross-functional NPI programs.
Drive programs through PLM and stage-gate milestones with reviews and approvals.
Coordinate Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance stakeholders through the lifecycle.
Develop and manage integrated schedules, milestones, risks, and decision records.
Define and control scope, budgets, resources, quality objectives, and production-readiness criteria.
Facilitate reviews, executive meetings, and product release approvals; communicate status and risks.
Coordinate requirements management, change control, and release documentation.
Support readiness activities for production launch and supply-chain readiness.
