Job summary

Unified Talent Group seeks a General Manager to lead the Tulsa, OK operation, overseeing manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, testing, and HR. The role carries full P&L accountability and strategic responsibility for performance across the plant.

The GM will drive the startup, commissioning, staffing, and ramp-up of a new facility, aligning equipment readiness with production readiness and process qualification. Strong leadership and regulatory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. 10 years of progressively responsible manufacturing leadership experience.
• Proven experience with plant operations and P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead change, growth, or startup initiatives in manufacturing.
• Strong production management, budgeting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement knowledge.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
• ERP proficiency and MS Office suite knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across the Tulsa facility.
• Oversee manufacturing, engineering, quality, materials, testing, and HR functions.
• Own plant performance including profitability and budgeting.
• Lead startup and commissioning of a new manufacturing facility.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.
• Communicate risks, opportunities, and variances to senior leadership.
• Build and lead the site leadership team and ensure safety/quality targets.
