• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Tulsa site to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve safety.
• Oversee workforce management including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and quality teams to optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
