Job summary

The Hiring Method, LLC invites applications for a Manufacturing Facilities & Production Project Manager to spearhead the launch of a new 150,000-square-foot facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. You will oversee both facility readiness and production startup, acting as the onsite representative to drive projects forward and coordinate with contractors and regulators.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience in launching manufacturing operations, strong leadership, and the ability to navigate ITAR/EAR

Qualifications

• Experience building, expanding, relocating, launching, or renovating manufacturing facilities.
• Experience taking facility or capital projects from planning through construction, equipment installation and startup.
• Background in manufacturing facilities, plant engineering, industrial construction, or related environments.
• Hands-on experience with equipment installation and production startup.
• Experience managing contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite project for Tulsa facility launch from initial planning to startup.
• Coordinate construction, utilities, infrastructure, and equipment requirements.
• Develop and manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and bid packages.
• Manage contractors, architects, engineers, equipment vendors, and service providers.
• Track budgets, schedules, risks, changes, and milestones for senior leadership.
