Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing or related function.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and email.

Responsibilities

• Identify and run process improvement and equipment projects based on cost savings objectives.
• Define, create, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assist in training programs, PM schedules, and LEAN systems.
• Represent Tulsa in Global Process Development Group where best practices and innovative technologies are discussed.
• Lead product transfer and New Product Development (NPD) projects for Tulsa.
• Lead major equipment installation projects as needed.
• Manage customization requests from Sales, approving/rejecting based on strategic goals and cost-benefit.
• Perform risk analysis, control plans, and process FMEA.
• Coordinate with Design department; perform design work as needed.
• Conduct root cause analysis on production, quality, and safety issues.
• Run daily production meetings with teams as needed.
• Provide training on manufacturing practices, leadership, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Travel internationally as required.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work environment.
