• Interest in commercial banking, financial services, and business development.
• Currently a junior or senior in Fall 2027 governing a degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in organizing and executing a variety of special projects focused on client relationship management, customer communications, and market development initiatives throughout the Tulsa region.
• Partner with Commercial Banking Relationship Managers to gain exposure to client portfolio management and day-to-day banking operations.
• Participate in credit-related meetings with Portfolio Managers to understand underwriting, financial analysis, and risk assessment processes.
• Attend client and prospective client meetings to observe relationship-building and consultative sales processes.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Tulsa market and learn about regional economic drivers and industries.
• Collaborate with teams across Commercial Banking, Treasury Services, Commercial Payments, and Corporate Trust to understand end-to-end banking services.
• Engage in intern program events, leadership panels, and educational sessions providing exposure to products, services, and industry outlook.
