Job summary

Penn State University’s Office of the Bursar seeks a full-time Accountant on the Fee Assessor Team. The role includes reviewing residency cases, assessing tuition and fees for University Park and Commonwealth Campuses, and supporting Graduate Assistantship awards in collaboration with academic departments.

You will work with HR on employee tuition discounts, analyze student records for adjustments, advise staff on policies, monitor reports, and manage Fee Assessor communications.

• Counsel staff on tuition adjustments and related inquiries.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to audit tuition and fee assessments.
• Manage Fee Assessor communications, including emails and correspondence to students and families.
