Job summary

PlayCore Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time tufting technician to set up yarns and patterns on tufting machines, perform maintenance, and support production goals on site in Georgia. The role requires teamwork, quick issue resolution, and adherence to safety policies.

Responsibilities include maintaining records, training new staff, and ensuring high-quality production while collaborating with operators to sustain efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• Capable of quickly identifying and addressing issues in the tufting process.
• Works well in a team environment and communicates effectively with other team members.
• At least one-year previous experience in textile manufacturing or tufting processes preferred.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

• Maintain accurate records of setups, maintenance, and production changes.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in training new technicians or operators as needed.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Follow all safety guidelines.
• Ensure efficient workflow and production goals are met.
• Notify supervisor immediately of any safety, quality, or productivity issues.
