Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a NSMS Program Operations Manager to serve as the primary interface between the Program Office Integrated Program Leadership Team and the Factory Leadership Team. You will communicate program requirements to the Strategic Make Centers and onsite manufacturing sites, coordinating across gates and reviews.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in manufacturing or complex systems integration, plus active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University degree and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment with complex systems integration and multiple factories.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and drive program performance.
• Coordinate and communicate program requirements to SMCs and manufacturing sites.
• Own program operations budget and EAC, and present status at monthly reviews.
• Support gate reviews and ensure effective implementation in production.
